The minutes from the 2024 AGM were reviewed and unanimously approved by the attending members.
Adrian Neagu presented a comprehensive update, including:
Successful participation in local and international events promoting Romanian-Canadian business relations.
Strategic partnerships developed with other chambers and trade associations.
Launch of initiatives such as “Taste of Romania” and planning of the 2026 Trade Mission to Romania.
Increased social media and community outreach leading to higher visibility.
Adrian emphasized the Chamber’s focus on building prestige, expanding membership, and empowering business leaders through collaboration.
The Treasurer presented the Chamber’s 2024 financial statement, which showed a stable financial position, supported by membership dues, event sponsorships, and in-kind support. The report was approved by vote.
